Here is the PointBreaks reward nights list of IHG brand international hotels outside the USA available for 5,000 points per night for reward stays from November 1 through January 31, 2014.

IHG Rewards Club members can buy IHG points at $70 per 10,000 points through the Points & Cash Reward Nights trick. This makes each reward night at 5,000 points essentially a $35 room rate.

Hotels drop off the list as allocated rooms are booked up, so it is advisable to book early if you see a property you think you can use since the hotels generally have lenient cancellation policies without penalty. You get your points back into your account when you cancel. Be sure to check the specific details of the cancellation policy for the individual hotels as they can vary.
