The Éilan Hotel, Resort & Spa has nine room types and the Presidential Suite. Standard guest room is 365 square feet.
Premier rooms at 380 square feet come in three types with Premier Corner King, Premier King with Balcony, Premier King with Terrace, and Premier Spa.
Designer Junior Suite – 455 square feet features bronze four poster bed, corner couch and sitting area by window. Bathrooms have state-of-the-art TVs in the mirror and feature a separate “Wet Room” with rainforest shower and tile jets and a separate marble top vanity with leather upholstered stool. Each guestroom has a well appointed working desk and leather chair, high-speed wireless and wired internet access, 42″ flat panel HD cable TV, Keurig coffee/tea machine, safe, TV audio control in bathroom, and a nightly turn-down service.
Designer One Bedroom Suite – 500 square feet.
Family Designer Suite – 650 square feet offers a master bedroom and a children’s room with bunk beds.
Presidential Suite – 1,653 square feet features an expansive living room and dining room that comfortably seats eight guests with a spacious butler’s pantry. The private patio gives stunning views of the Texas Hill Country, tennis courts and resort pool.

Who cares if a hotel is environmentally friendly?
I do and so does corporate America.
A recent Cornell Center for Hospitality Research report – Lost in Translation: Cross-Country Difference in Hotel Satisfaction September 2013 indicated environmental friendliness was the lowest ranked of nine factors hotel guests used in choosing a hotel. The report surveyed over 200,000 guests from eight nations including USA, Canada, Japan, UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain over two years.
Location and price are the top two factors guests use in choosing a hotel. Only Germans ranked environmental friendliness over corporate policy to place it second to last. The environmental friendliness factor plays much more of a role in conference and convention bookings. Corporate bookings are the major influencers driving environmentally friendly hotel design.
