Le Meridien Eden Rome leaves Starwood Sep 18

Le Meridien Eden Hotel Rome is a category 6 SPG hotel leaving Starwood Hotels on September 18, 2013. The Sultan of Brunei’s Dorchester Collection will finalize the 1889 historic property sale at a price of €105 million (US$138.6 m) on September 17. This hotel will not be eligible for SPG credit or promotions for stays from September 18 and later dates.

The downtown Rome hotel features 121 rooms and a rooftop restaurant. The property will undergo extensive renovations in 2014.
