Holiday Inn Club Vacations Fall Getaway Bonus is a promotional offer to earn a prepaid MasterCard for hotel stays of two or more nights from September 1 – November 30, 2013 at any of ten Holiday Inn Vacation Club properties in the USA.

This is a typical multi-step promotion bonus from IHG. You have to register for the promotion before your stay, wait for an email two to three weeks after your qualifying stay and then provide a mailing address for receipt of your MasterCard. This may take a month or more after your stay to receive the prepaid card.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations® Fall Getaway Bonus-  Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

You must register your IHG® Rewards Club number in advance of your stay at www.hiclubvacations.com/fallbonus and your stay must be completed between September 1, 2013 and November 30, 2013 to be eligible for award. If you are not already a IHG® Rewards Club member you may join for free at ihgrewardsclub.com. Offer is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S., including DC, Canada (excluding Quebec), and Mexico who have attained the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence.

Qualified Award amount will be based on length of stay. A 2 night stay will qualify for $25 Award. A 3 night stay will qualify for $50 Award. A 4 night stay will qualify for $75 Award. A 5 night stay or longer will qualify for $100 Award. No retroactive Awards will be given for stays prior to registration. Valid mailing address and email address are required for fulfillment. Electronic certificate to claim award will be sent 14-21 days after checkout. Recipients will receive Award by Postal Mail. . Award is the Promotional MasterCard® Prepaid Card.

A stay is defined as two or more consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of frequency of check-in/out. Participating hotels in the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand include Orange lake Resort, South Beach Resort, Smoky Mountain Resort, Ascutney Mountain Resort, Sunset Cove Resort, Lake Geneva Resort, Bay Point Resort, Desert Club Resort, Panama City Beach Resort, Galveston Beach Resort. A stay is qualified when paying qualifying rates, which include most business and leisure rates. Qualifying Room Rates do not include the following reduced room rates: mini-vacations packages, net wholesale individual and group rate, certain package rates, employee discount rate, friends and family rate, crew rate, special discounted contract rates, seasonal worker/crew rate, 50% travel club discount rate, travel industry discount rate, distressed passenger rate, IHG Rewards Club Nights/Airline Hotel Reward rate, Best Price Guarantee Free Reward rate, complimentary hotel stays and any other rates not defined as a Qualifying Room Rate. Also excluded are opaque rates and “name your own price” rates (where hotel name, location and/or rate not visible until after booking is submitted). Guest must book their qualifying reservation through IHG channels (brand websites, mobile, call centers, and GDS) to become eligible, and such guests who book in any other way will be ineligible.

Awards:

One Promotional MasterCard® Prepaid Card will be awarded on a qualifying minimum two-night stay booked on or after Sept 1, 2013 at participating Holiday Inn Club Vacations® hotels for stays between September 1, 2013 – November 30, 2013. Up to four qualified rewards awarded per household for stays during the promotional period. Limit one (1) reward per qualifying redemption form per stay period.

Awards are fulfilled by Mpell Solutions. Electronic certificate to claim award will be sent 14-21 days after checkout and must be completed on the Mpell website at www.mpellpromotions.com/IHG002, within 45 days of your check-out date to claim your reward card. Failure to do so voids this offer without further notice.

All Prepaid MasterCard cards will be loaded in U.S. dollars. A 2% currency conversion fee will be applied to Canadian and Mexican purchases at the point of sale. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your prepaid card.

Redemption information required:

Online redemption form must be completed online within 45 days of checkout.

Award will be returned to the name and address designated on the required online redemption form and will be fulfilled in U.S. dollars via a Prepaid MasterCard. Claims completed after applicable dates and duplicate submissions will be rejected. Limit one reward per person, receipt, household, family or address per qualifying weekday stay. IHG reserves the right to request additional information regarding this claim. IHG reserves the right to terminate promotion at any time.

  1. Ric: When I performed a search at one of the resorts, it states I need a member card. Do they mean IHG Reward club card or Vacation Club member card?

    “Membership Card must be presented at check in. Without proper membership ID discount cannot be given.”
