Free Marriott Mobile Apps for iPhone, Android and Blackberry

Marriott has free mobile apps for iPhone, Android or Blackberry to download on your smartphone. Reviews are mostly positive from the discussion on FlyerTalk. No point bonuses have been announced for using the new Marriott apps.

Marriott Mobile Apps for Blackberry, iPhone and Android smartphones

Now that we have the Hyatt Q3-Q4 promotion announced for 5,000 points after every three nights, up to 30,000 points between September 15 and November 15, I think I will download the Marriott Android app and try it out for booking stays with Marriott Rewards MegaBonus also starting September 15 for the opportunity to earn two free category-4 hotel reward certificates after four stays (which can be as few as four separate nights).

  1. I am dissapointed in Marriott’s rollout of this ap. The Blackberry ap does not work with the two most recent operating systems. After several emails back and forth I received this admission:

“…At this moment our app is only supported by software five, softwares six and seven have not become available.

If your software is not supported by the app it will be unuseable on your blackberry.”
