A major Star Alliance fare sale to Europe is happening with ticket prices from $390 to high $400s from USA regional airports like remote Arcata, California ACV; Hartford, Connecticut BDL; Colorado Springs COS and Fargo, North Dakota FAR to Amsterdam AMS, Paris CDG, Rome FCO, Milan MXP and Venice VCE.
These prices are for travel departures from March-April, Aug-Dec 2018.
This sale is unusual in that regional airports like my hometown Monterey MRY has lower ticket prices than major international airports like San Jose SJC and San Francisco SFO.
