Norwegian is giving away 20 packages of two flights to cities around Europe from USA gateways in the Norwegian Airlines Best Free Shipping Sale on Earth Sweepstakes. The prize is $2,000 in airfare credit to use for two economy tickets to the specific destination you win, plus a $100 gift card. There are 20 separate entry periods of 3 hours each during the five day sweepstakes.
I was on Norwegian Airlines website this morning registering for one targeted sweepstakes moments before reading Wandering Aramean’s morning post: Fun with Norwegian’s Christmas free “shipping†flights promo about this even more interesting sweepstakes for USA residents.
Next prize destination is Barcelona Saturday, Dec 17 at 12 noon ET.
Barcelona entries will remain open for three hours, followed by Berlin from 3-6pm ET, Athens 6-9pm ET, Tromso 9pm-midnight ET.

$2,000 may seem like an excessive prize amount for low cost airline Norwegian flights. My wife is flying home from London to Oakland in February for $310 all-in with LowFare+ upgrade fare. But that is a winter fare. Norwegian in summer frequently climbs to over $500 one-way from LAX and OAK to Europe.
