United posts some ultra low fares from Dallas DFW airport today in an attack on American’s hub with fares beating Virgin America and Frontier on several routes. Dallas to Los Angeles is $39 one way from August to November, mostly Tuesdays, but you have to pay $83 or more to get back LAX-DFW. Dallas to New York LGA $47 each way , $49 each way Dallas-Washington/Baltimore BWI and $54 to Miami, Florida. There are a variety of routes at low fares, these are just some of the offers.
United also hits American in Phoenix and Philadelphia with a low $49 one way fare between AA’s hub cities DFW-PHX and DFW-PH. American’s low DFW-PHX fare is $99.
