LOT Polish Chicago-Amsterdam $522, JFK-Paris $543 Sep to March, most dates

One of the best deals that has been around this past week are low fares from LOT Polish Airlines out of Chicago like $522 round trip to Amsterdam. There is an inconvenience of traveling 9 hours east to Warsaw and then another 2 hour flight west back to Amsterdam, but I prefer to look at this as a chance to transit through Warsaw, Poland rather than shuttle from Chicago on United to another airport like IAD or EWR in the USA for the transatlantic flight. Plus, LOT Polish operates the Boeing 787 Dreamliner on Chicago ORD-WAW Warsaw route.

Most dates are available at low fares from Sep 13 to late-March, except December 7 to January 16.
