While finishing an article on California fare war to Europe with American, Delta and United I came across this Delta Air Lines low economy class fare to Istanbul, currently at $484 to $510 round trip. Ten minutes ago the fare was $448. Bottom line is Delta is attacking American and United hard today in California on Europe routes for flights late August to March 2017 from San Francisco and other California regional airports. I’ll have an article in the next hour on the California fare war.
