Star Alliance airline SAS has a low $431 round trip fare Miami to Copenhagen with departure dates from late September through March 2017. There are a few departure dates each month until January when there are many low fare dates into March. The routing I found bookable online is flying Miami to Newark EWR on United to connect to SAS flight to Copenhagen CPH. Google Flights showed lots of SAS nonstop flights MIA-CPH, but nonstop flights did not come up online in my searches. Google Flights indicated call KLM to book the fare.
