Most airlines,even Norwegian and WOW, will be priced well over $1,000 round trip from the USA. Low cost carriers do not look like low cost carriers with July prices. This flight seemed like an incredible deal at $548 round trip when I first checked Google Flights, but is now pricing at $652 to $685 USD round trip for summer travel.

Also, looks like some of these fares get you through LHR to ORY, rather than CDG, for the better or the worse.

I like this deal. There are round trip flights from SF Bay Area for $230. I saw flights from LAX for $100 round trip to Bellingham WA. Short Amtrak ride along the coast to Vancouver from Bellingham.
