American Airlines has San Francisco to Dublin as low as $629 for departures beginning in November 2015 into March 2016. September and October departures are as low as $679 round trip with US Airways and American Airlines one-stop flights.

I am calling this the second round of discount fall fares to Europe. Delta lowered fares from California to Spain overnight and American has followed suit with a discount fare to Dublin from California. The first round came August 13 and 14 when Delta and American dropped fares to several cities in Europe. I expect more discount fares will be available from California today.
There are several cities on sale from other US airports. American Airlines has New York JFK to Dublin at $547 round trip for nonstop flights.
