Air China LAX to Bangkok $750, China Eastern SFO $721 for October TBEX

The Travel Blogger Exchange TBEX 2015 Asia Bangkok conference this year is Oct 15-17, 2015. One of the benefits of TBEX is the opportunity to take sponsored tours before and after the conference.

Fares available today for travel from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Bangkok in November is wide open with low fare dates. October has fewer dates with lowest fares. These two fares in the low $700s are low airfare for Bangkok BKK. The fare might drop another $100 at some point or the fare could go up. I think it is unlikely Bangkok will drop under $550 at any point before October. The lowest fare I have since since March 2015 was $680 on Air China for LAX-BKK on April 1. I have not posted any low fares from SFO to BKK so today’s fare is a baseline for comparison.

China Eastern and China Air have lowest fares for travel to Bangkok, but these economy fare classes do not earn miles in Delta Skymiles or Flying Blue.

Star Alliance member Air China is $46 more than China Air for LAX-BKK at $750 and earns 8,700 redeemable miles with United Mileage Plus.
