Best Western has revived its promotion for Route 66 from a few years ago. The promotion is mostly a game for a chance to win 6,600 Best Western Rewards points and a $100 gift card.
The Best Western Route 66 project is a clever way to promote Best Western hotels from Chicago to Santa Monica, California.
I photographed signs for the beginning of Route 66 in Chicago and end of Route 66 in Santa Monica over the past two years when I was in those cities.
I am not much into online games. There is plenty of travel information and history of Route 66 on the Best Western site for a good read. If you want to participate in the Scavenger Hunt, then you have a chance to win points and cash.
