San Francisco to Hong Kong has been $575 for a couple days now with Korean Airlines in economy N booking class. This low fare also puts you in Seoul for overnight layovers on both inbound and outbound, which could be a bonus or a fare to stay away from, if you don’t want the Seoul layover.

On the miles front, Korean N class does not earn miles in Delta Skymiles. You can earn 50% miles with Alaska Mileage Plan. You can earn 70% flight miles with Korean Skypass for economy N class tickets.
