Today the airfare deals are $656 to $697 for Los Angeles to Copenhagen, Denmark round trip in July and August 2015. Deep summer travel discounts to Scandinavian airports like Copenhagen and Stockholm appear to be a direct challenge to Norwegian Airlines low cost flights from Los Angeles and Oakland, California.
These are the best summer deals I have seen in years and they will not last long. For example, I was on the United Airlines site and writing about a $609 fare SFO-Stockholm, Sweden for April 6-13 when the fare changed to $1,523 in front of my eyes.

Los Angeles – Copenhagen, Denmark is another airfare deal available today with summer travel as low as $697 in July 2015. What makes this offer even better is British Airways A380 aircraft to begin the journey with a nonstop flight LAX-LHR. The flights are operated by OneWorld Alliance carriers.
You don’t need to be an ITA Matrix expert to find these deals. I find it simpler to use Google Flights to quickly find availability at low fares and then fine tune flights if necessary with ITA Matrix.

Above the X on the Outbound Flight line is an icon showing three bars. This is the fare calendar showing the relative fare for each date in a bar graph.
Click on the bar graph to get a very useful calendar display of airfare for the LAX-CPH route.
July 2 shows the $697 fare. Since I have July 2 to July 16 in the flight dates, all the fares shown are for a 14 day trip. Pick the length of trip you want, say 7 days or 10 days and insert the dates. The fares shown will all be based on 7 day or 10 day trips.
In the calendar display for a 14-day trip LAX-CPH, there are other departure dates in July with even lower fares at $655 and the price drops to $656 for early August departures too.
Low Euro currency exchange and low airfare deals makes summer 2015 the year for Europe.
