At 17cents per mile for 40,000 is that a good price historically or not? Thoughts?

My offer was up to 50%; with taxes and fees, about 2 cents a mile…..

  • Steven Butler February 9, 2015

I received the same offer; 40,000 miles for $700+taxes and fees

  • linmoron February 9, 2015

Man my offer was 30%! what gives!!! 吊

  • Steven Butler February 9, 2015

How does that 2cents compare to other deals; it sounds like a good price if you can use the miles?

  • Kai February 9, 2015

    My offer was also 30%.

  • Mike February 9, 2015

This deal blows, but I would pay $393.50 to give United CEO Jeff Smisek a decent haircut. What a freak…

  • Ric Garrido February 10, 2015

In response to whether or not this is a good deal, I would only buy miles with an immediate plan to redeem miles.

The price is higher than the value I place on United miles for my needs at this time.

  • Lovetotravel February 10, 2015

I will give United CEO Jeff Smisek $393.50 to leave United. Actually–double that….
