SPG Hot Escapes hotel list Dec 18

SPG Hot Escapes has a large selection of 150 hotels in this week’s offers. These are prepaid and nonrefundable rates for stays over the next six weeks. Low rates are only on select dates. Must book these rates by Saturday, Dec 21.

Listing 150 hotels is more effort than I want to give today. Here are some of the value hotels I see.

Sheraton Anchorage is $75 over next two weekends.

The Tremont Chicago is $55 for most of the dates remaining in 2013. Cheap stay if you need an elite status or promotion night.

W Chicago Lakeshore for $97 is a good deal for this property. There are low rates at most Starwood Chicago Downtown hotels.

The Phoenician, Scottsdale, Arizona is $182 for the next four nights for this category 5 SPG Luxury Collection hotel. The Canyon Suites at the Phoenician is $250 per night this weekend for the category 6 exclusive lodging at the resort. Rates nearly double in January.

Le Meridien Etoile Paris is $186 for most dates this next month.

Westin Savannah Harbor, Georgia is $85 most dates over the next two weeks.

Westin Verasa Napa is $136 for most weekdays next week and some dates in January.

Cervo Hotel Costa Smerelda is a category 7 resort on the island of Sardinia, Italy. This summer resort island is a place for European royalty and the wealthy yachting crowd. Probably really quiet in the off-season. I thought these Starwood resorts closed down in winter. A deal for a category 7 hotel at $228 per night if an island resort in the winter off-season suits you.

Rates in July start at over $1,000 per night.

Costa Smerelda

July 7-11, 2014 rate is 858 EUR or $1,182.40 per night.
