The Senior Analyst of Hilton HHonors Reward Products will be responsible for developing and maintaining the reward product strategy for Hilton Worldwide’s guest loyalty program to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable success. The Reward products for which members earn and redeem HHonors points include free stays at Hilton Worldwide hotels and product and/or experiential rewards through partners such as the HHonors Global Shopping Mall.

What will I be doing?

The Senior Analyst of Hilton HHonors Reward will support the development of new and refinement of existing reward products to achieve the desired member experience while balancing the HHonors program costs. The function will primarily be achieved through quantitative and financial analysis and revenue management and/or yield optimization expertise. The Team Member’s responsibilities will determine hotel reward categories and categorizing properties, setting the currency conversion rate for HHonors points and developing and disseminating best practices across corporate and hotel team members to effectively yield the HHonors reward products. The Senior Analyst will communicate strategies through various methods including consultations, training, performance evaluation, property or management company meetings, and email/telephone correspondence. The Team Member will assist hotels, management companies and corporate Team Members to identify ways to improve utility, value and cost of the products by partnering across the HHonors team, the brand teams, Revenue Management, and other departments. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining product reporting and developing corrective action recommendations when yield performance deviates from targets. The Senior Analyst will support the development and execution of strategies for the HHonors reward products, evaluating efforts to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency. The Team Member will support the senior manager in implementing plans for identified business opportunities for Hilton HHonors and develop recommendations and action plans accordingly. The Senior Analyst will plan a critical role in the development of the appropriate objectives for the business and direct the methodologies by which those objectives are going to be accomplished. The Team Member will be responsible for building on the standard operating procedures already in place and establish procedures and processes in relation to the HHonors reward products.

* Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Experience working with Stata, SQL, SPSS and/or SAS or comparable analytical analysis software packages

Experience working with complex datasets and databases

*

Ability to support the development of senior executive level briefings on complex financial trends and forecasts

*

BS/BA Bachelor’s Degree

*

Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience

*

Ability to travel 5% of the time

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

*

MS/MA Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics

*

Experience designing and yielding reward products preferably in a B2C loyalty program

*

Experience working in the hospitality industry

*

Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience working in a service firm or large corporate organization

*

Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with Stata, SPSS and/or SAS or comparable analytical analysis software packages

*

Experience working with SQL and complex databases

*

Experience collaborating with economists and econometric models “ecosystems” that include oversight of external database vendors and subject-matter-experts including economists and financial analysts

*

Experience creating and leveraging pricing models and analyses for decision making

*

Experience creating and delivering senior executive level briefings

*

Statistical Software Certification

*

Minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience

*

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience

    Not fully disclosed
    Candidate must be completely willing to continue to devalue and destroy and remaing attributes of HH program not already devastated by current management
    This will include making sure standard rooms will be redeemed
    for 200,000 points per night Or more by 2015
    stay credit will allow for 1 ff mile earned instead of the past
    500 per stay
    Applicant will remain emotionless and have no concerns
    at any time regarding what HH members think of us or their ultimate
    Satisfaction as we continue to enhance our program in our best interest
    Candidate must be certain they can slam the door on customer loyalty at all times as we can replace customers whenever needed by increasing marketing costs at Blackstones and our hotel owners expense
