There are many nonparticipating Starwood hotel properties for this offer. Check the list carefully for your planned stays.

The best part of the promotion is the mobile booking bonus of 500 points per stay for any booking worldwide, even for hotels not participating in the double points offer.

When I registered I received a notice that I had not yet registered for Delta Skymiles Crossover Rewards.

Thanks for the reminder SPG.

  1. Hi,

I have a question. If I book stay at an SPG hotel through a third party site like Expedia or Kayak, will I still get stay/night credits?

    Thanks!

  2. @Hitesh – You will not get stay or night credits through third party bookings. One of the reasons for hotel loyalty program points and benefits is to direct guest bookings through the hotel’s own reservations channels.

The hotel pays third party sites 10% to 35% of the hotel rate when their hotel is booked through a third party online travel agency like Expedia. Therefore the hotel loyalty program is reluctant to give points and benefits for a hotel stay booked through a third party online travel agency.
