Priority Club Dining Elite Member earns 8 points/$1.

Priority Club points are widely considered to be worth about $7 per 1,000 points based on the rate a member can buy points for Points & Money award nights at $70 for 10,000 points.

The 2,013 bonus points + 200 dining points can be considered a $15 rebate on your $40 eligible dining purchase.

This is a decent rebate bonus in Priority Club points if you are planning to eat in a restaurant anyway.
