Hotel Loyalty 2012-Q3 Promotions New York City

Stash Hotel Rewards: 10 rooms in NYC for 1,000 Points

Stash Hotel Rewards, a hotel loyalty program for independent hotels, is offering 10 rooms at a New York City partner hotel at only 1,000 points for one night during the month of August. This special offer is a social media promotion with hints on Facebook and Twitter to identify the actual hotel.

There are currently ten New York City hotels partnering with Stash Rewards.

Stash Hotel Rewards loyalty program lets members earn 5 points per $1 spent on the room rate at a Stash Hotel. Earning 1,000 points in Stash Rewards takes $200 in room rate spend or even less with a Stash bonus points promotion at a member hotel.

Looking over the Stash Hotel Rewards website shows more hotel partners in 2012 than 2011. There are Stash Rewards hotel partners in 36 states, D.C. and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Stash Hotel Rewards celebrated its 2nd birthday in May 2012.

Earning 1,000 points the easy way

In 2011 Stash Hotel Rewards offered new members who signed up using this Stash Rewards promotion link for a new member enrollment 1,000 bonus points. Mary from Stash Rewards updated the link today and you can still earn 1,000 points with a new member enrollment.

All of you readers who signed up as new Stash Hotel Rewards members using the 2011 Loyalty Traveler link   should already be packing 1,000 points in your account for this NYC Stash Hotel Rewards promotion.

Normal Stash Hotel Rewards redemption rate for New York

A random check of Stash Hotel Rewards New York City hotels for Saturday August 18, 2012 shows the points needed for one free night range from 17,074 points for the Affinia Shelburne to 29,930 points for The Strand Hotel. Weekday nights run about 50% more points since Stash Hotel Rewards pegs the points cost for a free night to the room rate for that night.

A hotel room in New York City for 1,000 Stash Hotel Rewards points is a significant discount on the normal redemption rate.

You can follow this NYC hotel for 1,000 points promotion through Stash Hotel Rewards social media channels.

    Hi Ric,

It’s Mary from Stash. Thanks for writing about our special NYC promotion. We agree it’s a great deal for members.

For your readers to earn 1000 bonus points for joining Stash, please update the link in your article to http://www.stashrewards.com/loyaltytraveler. The current link in the post will not award the 1000 points since it does not contain the special loyaltytraveler tag.

    Thanks Mary.

The link in this post has been updated.

    @Mary
Hi Mary, I had signed right before you post the new link. Is there any way to get 1000 points to my account?
    Thank you, Henry
